Hey, I'm Soniamarie..
A business & leadership mentor and founder of the FAB Circle. I saw the need to create a community for believers in business like you. Where you can connect with other visionaries and action takers. A space where you can embrace who God created you to be and feel supported in building the business He has called you to.
I know first hand that business isn't easy. I started my side hustles in 2008, left corporate and went full-time in 2012 freelancing before starting my service-based businesses. I've coached and mentored corporate leaders, business owners & founders for over 20+ years. In doing all that, I have found a common theme - people thrive better with other people.
My qualified background in HR, means people have always been my business and I've seen the benefit of being connected with people. Especially in business, which can be lonely as you navigate your entrepreneurial journey. I remember going from one networking event to the next trying to find "my tribe", but I could find where I fit as a woman of faith and business. This may be true for you right now...well, this doesn't have to continue.

Who is the F.A.B Circle for?
This is for you if any of the following apply:
- You are new to business and want to start on the right foot
- You are already in business, specifically service-based.
- You love the Bible and want to know more about it in relation to business and building your faith.
- You have had business training but never with Biblical teaching.
- You want to be in a community of people who love Jesus, the Bible and business.
- You want to make a bigger impact with, in and through your business.
When are the 2 in-person meet ups? What if I cannot make it?
When you sign up, you will be given access to your personal portal which has the calendar so that you can see the dates and choose which you want to attend. I love if you could make every effort to come along but if you cannot make it for any reason, then there will be a few online get togethers during the time that you can be a part of too.
What can I expect to get out of the FAB Circle?
Community, community, community! This space has been created for you to connect with others, to grow in faith and business knowledge. The hope is that you will be able to:
- Grow in your faith
- Make new friends and meaningful relationships
- Grow your business knowledge & skill
- Learn how to better partner with God for your business
- Gain a fresh business perspective
- Know God's principles and word for business
- Feel empowered, courageous and confident to be yourself in business.
But, as with everything, the results come with the work you put in and the commitment you choose to make. The opportunity is here to grow personally, spiritually and professionally.
What if I can't make the live training sessions?
You will get the best experience if you do attend live so that commitment will be expected. Also, you will be able to attend the Q & A at the end of each session to be able to ask questions about that weeks topic.
But, all of the live sessions will be recorded and stored in your personal portal (The FAB Portal) so you will have 24 hour access.

How much access will I have to you?
You will have access to me during the group business mentoring calls and the Business Bible study sessions. I will also be popping into the FAB Cirle app and checking in with the group.
You will have the option to book a personal 1:1 with me if you need it.
What can I ask you during the group mentoring calls?
You can bring your most challenging business questions or even your ideas to sound them out. I am full of ideas, knowledge and have an experienced perspective, having worked in corporate business for many years, and having run 4 of my own businesses.
It is not just about theory but helping you to find a solution to your problem. Helping you to be bold and to tackle your fears or stumbling blocks head on. Group mentoring is a great way to learn even if you do not have a question. Other people may ask something that you didn't think of but find useful. I have helped many entrepreneurs over the years and I am excited to help you too!
How will I access the resources?
You will be given personal log in details to access your very own FAB Portal is your personal hub. All resources and training will be stored there. You will be able to access it at any time.
The FAB Academy is part of that, which houses additional training from my network of experts.
How do I pay?
If you choose to Elevate level, you can choose to pay monthly or quarterly. Payment will be taken immediately when you join. All recurring payments will be taken on the same day automatically each month or quarter, depending on your payment choice.
Please note, that there is a 3 month minimum commitment even if you pay monthly. This is to help support community building and allow for real connection to develop between members.

With a corporate background as a qualified Human Resources professional, Soniamarie is an award winning entrepreneur who uses her 20+ years experience in the profession along with her 14 years business experience as a serial entrepreneur and her roots in Christian faith, to help business owners to build their confidence and faith in order to step out as true leaders. She is passionate about helping leaders to build a profitable and sustainable business which puts people first while advancing the Kingdom of God.
Soniamarie believes that business ownership is a calling and part of that, is to use it as a vehicle to serve and bless other people - bringing the Kingdom culture to the business world.
